"White Dogwood" is the start of a three hole
stretch known as "Amen Corner" that requires a monstrous 300 yard drive to
have a chance at putting it close on the approach. Sunday's pin placement is
left and close to the water making this one of the toughest par 4s when a
tournament victory hangs in the balance.
Larry Mize's 1987 dramatic playoff chip-in
birdie against Greg Norman is one of the most memorable shots in Masters
history.
